The Remaking of the Vessel

Where will you be stricken again, As you continue in your rebellion? The whole head is sick And the whole heart is faint. From the sole of the foot even to the head There is nothing sound in it, Only bruises, welts and raw wounds, Not pressed out or bandaged, Nor softened with oil. Isaiah 1:5-6 NASB

Let the priests, the LORD'S ministers, Weep between the porch and the altar, And let them say, "Spare Your people, O LORD, And do not make Your inheritance a reproach, A byword among the nations. Why should they among the peoples say, 'Where is their God?'" Joel 2:17 NASB

"Arise and go down to the potter's house, and there I will announce My words to you." Jeremiah 18:2 NASB

But the vessel that he was making of clay was spoiled in the hand of the potter; so he remade it into another vessel, as it pleased the potter to make. Jeremiah 18:4 NASB

IF - Isaiah 1:16-19

16 "Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight. Cease to do evil,
17  Learn to do good;
Seek justice, Reprove the ruthless, Defend the orphan, Plead for the widow.

18  "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD,
"Though your sins are as scarlet, They will be as white as snow;
Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool.

19  "If you consent and obey,
You will eat the best of the land;
